Builder FIBC

Builder Bags, or Construction FIBCs, are designed to meet the demands of transporting and storing construction materials. They offer durability, efficient handling, on-site waste reduction, and logo customization.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Circular FIBC

Circular FIBCs, or Tubular Bags, are seamless bulk bags made from circularly woven fabric, ideal for fine powders and moisture-sensitive materials. They offer a linerless, efficient alternative to traditional four-panel bags.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Skip FIBC

Skip FIBCs, or Dumpster Bags, are specialized bulk containers for waste collection and disposal, ideal for industries like waste management and retail. They enhance efficiency, cut labor costs, and support eco-friendly practices.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Baffle FIBC (Q Bags)

Baffle FIBCs, or Q Bags, are bulk containers with internal baffles that maintain their cubic shape, preventing bulging. They offer improved stackability, load stability, and efficient space utilization.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

UN FIBC

UN FIBCs, or Hazardous Materials Bulk Bags, are certified for transporting hazardous substances per UN and ADR regulations. They ensure safety, reduce spill risks, and protect personnel and the environment.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Silo FIBC

Silo FIBCs, or Silo Bags, are designed for efficient storage and transport of bulk materials in silos, with features for easy filling and discharge. They enhance material handling, prevent contamination, and optimize storage efficiency.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Single-Loop FIBC

Single Loop FIBCs, or One Loop Bags, feature a single lifting loop for easy handling and compact design. They simplify loading and unloading, reduce tangling, and ensure stable transportation.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Two-Loop FIBC

Two-loop FIBCs, or Twin-Loop Bags, feature two lifting loops for balanced lifting and improved stability. They enhance load distribution, minimize tilting risks, and boost handling efficiency.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

BOPP Laminated FIBC

BOPP-laminated FIBCs offer superior moisture, UV, and contamination protection, ideal for sensitive or perishable materials. They provide durability, extended shelf life, and enhanced branding with high-quality visuals.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Type C FIBC

Type C FIBCs, or Conductive Bags, are designed for safe handling of flammable materials, with conductive threads to dissipate static electricity. They minimize electrostatic discharge risks and ensure safety in hazardous environments.

Tunnel Lift FIBC

Ventilated FIBC

Ventilated FIBCs, or Breathable Bags, feature perforated panels for airflow, ideal for moisture-sensitive materials like agricultural products. They enhance air circulation, prevent condensation, and extend shelf life.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

FIBCs (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers) are large industrial bags designed to store and transport dry, flowable materials such as sand, fertilisers, chemicals, grains and minerals. Key features include high load capacity (500 kg–2000 kg), built-in lifting loops, UV and weather resistance, customisable inlet/outlet spouts, and optional liners for moisture-sensitive or food-grade products. They are widely used in construction, agriculture, chemicals, mining, pharmaceuticals and logistics.

Standard FIBC bags are manufactured to carry between 500 kg and 2000 kg. Custom configurations can accommodate higher loads depending on fabric weight, loop design and safety factor requirements. Always confirm the rated capacity and safety factor (5:1 or 6:1) before use.

The Safe Working Load (SWL) is the maximum weight the bag is certified to carry safely. Our FIBC bags are available with a 5:1 safety factor (standard) or 6:1 safety factor (enhanced), meaning the bag is tested to withstand 5 or 6 times the stated SWL before failure, as per ISO:9001 and relevant international standards.

We manufacture six main types: Tunnel Lift FIBC (efficient filling and discharge), Builder FIBC (construction waste and materials), Circular FIBC (tubular, linerless bags for fine powders), Skip FIBC (waste collection and disposal), Baffle FIBC / Q Bags (cubic shape retention, maximum stackability), and UN FIBC (certified for hazardous materials transport per UN/ADR regulations).

Type A bags are plain PP woven bags with no electrostatic protection — suitable for non-flammable materials only. Type B bags use fabrics with a low breakdown voltage to prevent propagating brush discharges, suitable for flammable powders in non-flammable environments. Type C bags are made from conductive fabric with grounding points to safely dissipate static electricity, required when handling flammable powders or solvents.

When stored correctly in a cool, dry and UV-protected environment, FIBC bags typically have a shelf life of 2 to 5 years. UV stabilisation significantly extends outdoor service life. Always inspect bags before reuse for signs of wear, fraying or UV degradation.

Yes, many FIBC bags are designed for multiple trips when used for non-hazardous materials. Multi-trip bags are manufactured with a higher safety factor and heavier fabric. However, bags used for hazardous chemicals, food-grade applications or UN-certified cargo should generally not be reused unless specifically designed and recertified for multi-trip use.

Yes. Our FIBC bags are manufactured from 100% polypropylene (PP), which is a widely recyclable thermoplastic. End-of-life bags can be processed by PP recyclers to produce recycled resin for non-food-contact applications. Proper segregation and cleaning before recycling is recommended.

A standard FIBC bag consists of: woven PP fabric body, lifting loops (made from high tenacity PP or polyester webbing), inlet spout or filling top, discharge spout or outlet bottom, and an optional inner liner (PE, BOPP or aluminium foil). Baffled bags additionally include internal baffle panels to retain shape under load.

Standard woven PP fabric is not fully waterproof but offers moderate moisture resistance. For water-sensitive or hygroscopic materials, we recommend bags with a BOPP or PE laminated fabric body and a fitted inner liner, which provide an effective moisture barrier. Fully waterproof configurations are available on request.

FIBC bags are commonly available in white, but custom colors can be provided based on specific requirements. We also offer up to 4-colour flexo printing on the bag body for branding, product identification and regulatory labelling.
