FIBC PRODUCTION PROCESS

End-To-End FIBC Production

From yarn extrusion to finished bag testing, every stage of FIBC production is managed in-house, ensuring complete quality control and traceability across the entire manufacturing process.

Yarn Extrusion 100% virgin PP tape yarn produced on imported extrusion lines
Fabric Weaving High-speed circular looms weaving PP fabric at 100–200 GSM
Lamination Optional PP/BOPP lamination for moisture-resistant and food-grade bags
Cutting & Printing Automated cutting with up to 4-colour flexo printing on fabric panels
Stitching & Assembly JUKI stitching with Stitch-On™ thread; loop belt attachment using in-house webbing
Liner Insertion Form-fit, loose and tubular PE, BOPP or aluminium liners fitted as required
Quality Testing Load testing, drop test, topple test, vibration and UV resistance per ISO:9001
